We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal requirements. This policy may change due to evolving technologies. Please review it periodically.

Access data
Based on legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR), the following data is logged in server log files:
- Visited page
- Time of access
- Amount of transferred data
- Referrer URL
- Browser used
- Operating system
- IP address
Collection and processing of personal data
Personal data (name, email, address, IP address and booking data) is only processed if legally allowed or with consent.
Anonymous usage is possible. We store access data (e.g. requested files) without personal reference.
Handling contact information
If you contact us, your information is stored to process your request. It will not be shared without your consent.
Use of Facebook/Instagram plugins
For optimization and analytics (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR), we use Facebook/Instagram plugins (Facebook Inc., USA), recognizable by buttons or logos such as “Like” and “Share”.
Facebook complies with EU privacy laws under the Privacy Shield. Once active, the plugin sends data, including your IP address, directly to Facebook servers. If you are logged into your Facebook account, this data is linked to your profile.
To prevent this:
- Log out before visiting our site
- Clear cookies

Deletion of data
We delete your data if it is no longer needed and is not subject to legal retention.
If deletion is not possible, data is restricted and locked from further processing.
