Cancellation policy for groups (excluding exhibitions and Oktoberfest period)

We will try our best to re-sell your cancellations. If we fail to do so, we will charge you as follows:

• Up to 6 weeks before your arrival: no charge
• 4–6 weeks before your arrival: 25% of unoccupied rooms
• 2–4 weeks before your arrival: 50% of unoccupied rooms
• 1–2 weeks before your arrival: 75% of unoccupied rooms
• Less than 1 week before your arrival: 100% of unoccupied rooms
• By no-show or no cancellation: 100% of unoccupied rooms

Cancellation policy for exhibitions and Oktoberfest

We will try our best to re-sell your cancellations. If we fail to do so, we will charge you as follows:

• Up to 3 weeks before your arrival: no charge
• Less than 3 weeks before your arrival: 100% of unoccupied rooms
• By no-show or no cancellation: 100% of unoccupied rooms

We will try our best to re-sell your cancellation. If we fail to do so, we will charge you as follows:

• Up to 3 days before your arrival: no charge
• By no-show or no cancellation: 100% of unoccupied rooms
